Take on the famous reef breaks of Indonesia, Fiji and Hawaii knowing that your equipment has been designed and manufactured to charge in and out of barrels, perform big carves and when you think there is nothing more we can pack into this board we added more rocker and nose lift to help you get vertical. Double Concave has been added to help control the speed the board generates.

The DHD Switchblade is your complete all-round performance small wave shortboard. Light and manoeuvrable that performs well in all conditions.

This model is usually ridden shorter and wider.

More volume has been added to the tail to help with speed through ‘dead sections’ when surfing.

The Tail shape is still the same performance tail but has been slightly pulled in by a 1/16th of an inch improving turning.

Moved the wider point 1” forward which has streamlined the outline making it smoother in the shape.

Like most of our 2016 Double Concave models we have slightly reduced the concave — I have found that in the super small waves they suck to the face too much which helps from catching the rail in turns.

This concave which is found in many of DH’s small wave models creates increased drive and smoother rail to rail transition most needed in small gutless waves.

“Ducks Nuts is Aussie slang that means “the best thing.” I’ve worked on this board for a long time. If the waves are pumping with really clean conditions that’s the board I go to. It has single to double concave thru the fins and heaps of drive.

Caution: These boards are made for high performance surfing and are less durable than normal stock boards.
